Now

He didn’t do anything musical after the split up, instead, he played lots of charity football match since he is a massive football fan and joined the Doncaster Rovers and Celtic. He was reserved.

Doncaster Rovers

Celtic

The last one Zayn Malik

I would consider Zayn as the most successful solo artist in this band. He did leave earlier than the other members.

Then

Now

His debut solo album was ‘Mind of Mine’

The album’s lead single was ‘Pillowtalk’

This album became number 1 in many countries, UK, USA, Norway, New Zealand …

It makes him the first UK artist to debut at number 1 on the Hot 100 with a first charted single.

Zayn also topped the Billboard 100 replacing Justin Bieber.

By the end of 2016 Zayn and Taylor Swift released a song together called ‘I don’t wanna live forever’

This song reached number 1 in Sweden.

He then started to write his autobiography called ‘Zayn’

On 24 March 2017 he released another single ‘Sill got time’ in collaboration with PartyNextDoor

So that is the END.

Please comment whether one direction is better together or separately.

If separately do also comment which solo artist is most successful.
